Ms. Arelhy Arroyo, the principal member of AUDECS, is a licensed architect in Mexico, a LEED GA (Green Associate) professional in the United States, an International Associate American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Record Board (NCARB), and has over twenty-five years of experience working with residential, commercial, and transportation projects as well as with master plans in the United States, Mexico, China, and Turkey.
For two years, Ms. Arroyo worked on aviation projects, including Logan International Airport and the Tom Bradley International Terminal Expansion at Los Angeles International Airport. She has also worked on mixed-use buildings in Downtown Los Angeles.
Ms. Arroyo has a dual master's degree in architecture and urban design from the University of Colorado at Denver, where her education included transit-oriented developments, GIS analysis, design guidelines, and land use.
Ms. Arroyo is also a licensed real estate agent in California. This added dimension drives her unique vision when working on design project-making for a creative skill set that benefits AUDECS's clients through her grasp of selecting, purchasing, redesigning and renovating homes in California and in Mexico.
